He showed up when he said he would, he did all of the work he said he would, and he did it in the same timeframe in which he estimated, which I understand also takes skill to know how long something might take. He also communicated accurately when there might be variables, he did carpentry for me as well replacing sheathing and siding on one wall as well as wall insulation after the previous owners of my home let some water damage continue.
