I spoke with Amy and got a price quote which I thought was very reasonable. She scheduled the repair and James came out to do the work that day. James was polite and professional. He removed all the old grout throughout the whole bathroom, reset the loose tiles, replaced the grout and cleaned the floor thoroughly. The floor looks like new. We are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend New Day Tile."
