I wanted a health check to hopefully avoid going multiple days without hot water again. Paone Plumbing was awesome. They were very honest in how to maintain a hot water heater, and it really does not require professional servicing unless you're replacing it. They actually tried to talk me out of the appointment so I could save the money! I'm what they call "maintenance challenged" so I wanted them to come anyway and give me a tutorial. They showed me how to drain it so that I can do it myself periodically to prolong the life of the tank. I will definitely be calling them when it's time to replace my tank!"
