"Chris called soon after I posted on Angi's list, he said he could come out same day. He showed up as discussed, performed diagnostics, discussed what he was checking & the repairs made & scolded me for a lack of maintenance, lol which caused the problems we had, he was very thorough in discussing alternatives with a 30 yr. old unit, we were very impressed with his professionalism & will use this business when the time comes to replace both the furnace & A/C unit. I would highly recommend this business !!!"

Comment: My heat pump is having low suction pressure (low pressure reading when the compressor is on). Compressor would subsequently shut off. Then back on and off every minute or so, in a continuous cycle. Currently using the auxiliary heat because the heat pump would not heat the house. Have had a couple inputs from folks that say it may be either a low charge or something is stuck (e.g. TXV is stuck). Looking to get a quote for this repair.
