The last time it was done was over 7 years ago and the growth of bushes, weeds, trees was massive and creating a fire/flood hazard. "Our community used ALCC Corp for a few roof leaks prior to the storm on July 14, 2024. The community sustained severe damage to 2 residentials buildings when four 70ft pine trees fell on the structures. ALCC Corp came through when our own roofing company would not tarp the roofs.
