"Before hiring Powerhouse Remodeling to demolish and replace our deck with a new pressure treated deck, we obtained three other quotes. Steve Edwards the owner of Powerhouse came out personally to evaluate our project. Based on first impressions Steve and Powerhouse was the most impressive of all. He sat with my wife and me and made many suggestions and gave us much information. He gladly answered all of our questions and spent as much time with us as we felt was necessary. His quote was not the lowest, but was close enough not to disqualify him. And he was so confident in his work that he required only a 10% deposit as compared to the 15% to 20% required by other contractors.
