I can’t say enough about Bruce and Yuri. Outstanding communicators and workmanship. Yuri is a man of integrity which is rare these days. They finished our master bathroom which was left frankly a mess by a previous contractor who did not complete the job. They went over and beyond to correct someone’s else’s work. And the bathroom YCR remodeled was excellent. They have experts to come in each phase.. we will definitely look to them in the future God willing.. thank you Bruce and Yuri!!

The contractor had too many other projects going on and was not readily available to finish what was started. Also, the contractor started out with a team and ended up completing the work himself. He had to come back several times to complete some errors in painting and some of the bathroom installation. He removed a mirror and replaced it with a new one without painting the area where the old mirror was replaced from. Now I have to remove the mirror and find someone else to paint. Wow.

Hello, we are very sorry for your experience, we take constructive criticism seriously as to better improve our company. As many customers know in some situations it is very hard to schedule a time due to the company's already existing schedule and the customers schedule and availability as well. As was explained to the customer, painting the area where the sink and mirror is, was not included in the contract as it was in a separate room, but the room where the toilet and tub were located was painted. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attentions so we can better improve our company.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
