Tracy, our designer, is very creative, receptive to all kinds of ideas, and so easy to work with. Once the design was locked in, the rest of the well-organized team, Melanie (Project Coordinator), Michelle (Customer Support), Dustin and Rob (Installers) completed the project to perfection and on time. Dustin and Rob were particularly good about keeping the area dust free and clean during the demolition and reconstruction. "They were GREAT!!! Raj and his team completed the project on time with excellent quality of work. They were very communicative with my wife an I during the entire process. The hand made bar for the basement is a statement piece!!! The shelving units built into the stairs are right there too. Going into this, since remodeling is not my cup of tea, you use your gut to decide who will be honest and fair. My gut served me right this time. Our house was built in 1952 and we have remodeled a food portion of it. By far Lavira is the best contractor I have ever utilized, and will again. I highly recommend Raj and his team if you want someone who delivers on what they promise."
