"I would highly recommend James & Shane for the work they did. I hired them because of their 5 star rating and I wasn't disappointed. I needed my tile floors grout cleaned & sealed. James came over gave me an estimate & pick out what color of sealant I wanted. I also had him replace broken tiles and reseal my bathroom tiles. The broken tiles that James replaced look great, you can't tell that they were replaced. He told me there was a 10 year warranty on his work and it was transferable if we moved. Melissa, Sam and Jen were on their hands and knees nearly all day, scrubbing grout lines - with vigor and purpose. They were in constant motion. Breaks were short and purposeful, while waiting for sections and parts of my ceramic floor to dry. They were polite, listened to what I had to say and, at about 4:30 pm. they completed the job, cleaned up all of their supplies, thanked me, asked if I was satisfied and left.
