We were especially impressed with the two custom thresholds he built to transition from the original to the new floor levels; which were about an 1-1/2 difference. Ramey will be up front with you as to whether he can do it or not. In addition, he will ask you if this is what you had in mind before it becomes permanent. At the end of the day, we had a lot of work that needed to be done and he came through with flying colors. Ramey went above and beyond anything we had expected, and he cleans up after himself every day! He arrives when he says he will. He keeps you informed on progress daily and with what he will be doing the next day. We are thankful for finding Ramey!"
