"We are very happy with how Serge was able to go through our list of home maintenance projects, and complete them all in less than 2 days. He repaired cracked plaster on walls, and repainted them; installed cabinet handles; fixed a short in a light switch; fixed a toilet; and re-grouted the tile in a shower. He was dependable, arriving on schedule, and easy to contact and communicate with. When we needed him to come back to retouch a small chip in the grout, he set up an appointment and prompting took care of it. He also provided an itemized list of costs soon after he visited our home to see what was needed to be done. We will be hiring him for future projects and highly recommend him to others."

"He arrived ready to work. He started right away and spent almost all day ridding us of over 3100 pounds of debris and trash. He has a very high work ethic and though he looked tired, he never stopped till the debris was completely removed."

"Am Painting was hired for exterior painting of my home. Luis Mendoza is the only person that I dealt with. He went above and beyond with his surface scraping and preparation. He also cleaned around all the sills and painted my chimney which was totally unexpected. I would recommend Am Painting and Luis to anyone looking for quality work."

"Bill is a very conscientious worker. He did a very professional job and consulted with me every step of the way to get my approval for what was being doing. Even though he found additional issues during the work, he did not try to take advantage of that in any way. He offered to solve them at a very fair rate. He is very trustworthy and honest. I would hire him again next time I need a job done."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
