"The handyman they sent was punctual and friendly. He put the lights up and they were in working order. For some reason when they were supposed to turn on via the timer later in the day, they didn't work. Ed came back out and fixed them (we thought!). I was frustrated and called Ted who, on a Saturday, was very helpful. He offered suggestions over the phone to try to remedy the problem and offered to have someone come out on Sunday. The problem turned out to be a faulty timer. I appreciated the help and support of everyone involved."
