"We hired Val to repair our kitchen ceiling which was damaged from a bathroom leak directly upstairs and to install a new bathroom floor. We left it up to him to pick out a suitable color for the floor tiles, and he installed tiles that were a perfect match for the room decor. He also, at no additional charge, cleaned up the old caulk around the tub and recaulked it. While he was there, we also had him recap our chimney and replace the old faucet stems in the bathtub. All in all, his crew showed up on time, accomodated our special needs and did an excellent job. We are keeping his contact info for any future jobs we may need to have done."

"I had a great experience with Elton Suparaku of Precise Tile and Stone LLC from the time calling him for an estimate to the completion of my 330 sq ft tile installation project. He was very pleasant, courteous & thorough in his work. His communication was excellent & respectful each time I texted or called him (not like other contractors). His crew of three were also hard working. They were prompt in arriving to the job each of the 4 days and were very clean. This is my rental property. I and my tenant were concerned and stressed about the tile installation while living there but Elton was very accommodative and completed the project with little interruption in my tenants life. My tenant and I liked the finished tile work very much. Cost of the project was reasonable even though I paid a little more than other estimate but it was well worth it because of his promptness, cleanliness and thoroughness. Chris was really great about explaining why it wasn't done properly and what he would do to ensure we wouldn't have any problems going forward. "Mitat and Val, father and son, were very respectful and professional. Before beginning work, they clearly outlined what they would repair and how the repair would be done. They worked diligently to install a new floor in the kitchen cabinet under the sink following some very extensive water damage and rotting, replaced broken hinges in several kitchen cabinets, adjusted several window blind brackets that had been poorly installed, hung new shelves in the front hall closet and performed some much needed painting in various locations in the home. They worked diligently and continuously to ensure the work was performed properly, consulting us to ensure that their work would meet our expectations, all for a very fair price.
