"Eric did a great job! He gave explanation of how he was going to build cover before he started. He built frame, I painted and then had to delay finishing due to another job. Not a big deal to me as my goal was to get it done before 'it rained'. Which he did. He built a cover over patio using SunTuf PolyCarb materials. Looks great and quality workmanship. Even added a gutter, which he said wasn't his specialty. He stayed in touch and made sure I was happy with his plan. Overall, job turned out excellent. I would use him again. He's a hard worker aiming to please the customer. Fair price too"

"We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"
