"I really like the idea of the she covers, especially since I just had my carpet cleaned. But I didn't like the fact that I wasn't told before Matthew got here how much it would cost. He said that I had approved a cost but that he hadn't even quoted me a price yet. I don't remember approving a cost. Also, I thought when Robert came out to service the furnace that I had signed up for the Partners Plan so I was expecting a lower cost. I told Matthew to go ahead and do the job because I had no heat so I had no choice. Matthew did do a good job though and made sure the furnace was working properly before he left."
