  Comment: Fraudulent misrepresentation of property and inducement. We have a claim filed against us with allege accusations of unlawful detainer. Which is false, we have proof of a sublease with mentally unstable Tenet. The house is categorized as uninhabitable and neglected by landlord and tenet. This claim came about when we started to try to contact tenet (whom we have the lease agreement with) about the status of the house being unlivable. We are a total of 6 student with no medical history of any chronic diseases or previous illness. But upon moving into the house we have all become frighteningly sick. Coughing, fevers, headaches, body aches.. etc. This has affected our educational careers deeply as we are not able to attend any of our classes. The mold is visible in the shower bathroom, as it has collapsed the tiles in the shower wall.. we have more reason to believe it is very bad because we find mold growing on things we own in our rooms right next to bathroom. For example.. a stainless steel water bottle that has been cleaned every 2 days will produce mold on inside of the cup and inside of the lid(this cup is only used for water). Another example (because we are students) we meal prep, this usually happens after classes daily. My other sibling students have complaint that their food containers, that are washed to be reused on a daily basis will be showing signs of mold growth on the lid or in the crevasses. The Tenet whom we sublease from argues with us that black mold is normal and has told us to “get used to it.” Because we have complained the Tenet has unlawfully filed a claim against us. This is an emergency as this is not only a health concern but also a legal issue, because the tenet calls us “ungrateful” she is trying to have us kicked out and homeless, one of the students is a 17 yrd minor. There are 6 of us siblings total. All of us are part time students. We are all sick to varying degrees. The ones who were most sick were located closest to the bathroom
