We really like their business philosophy: very customer focused, with well-trained employees, and installation people who are employees rather than subcontractors hired at the lowest possible price. We ended up also getting a lot of tile floor and installation from them. The tile and carpet crews did excellent work, and the manager worked with us to meet our scheduling needs.
