"Tomas was referred to us for an upgrade to a small townhouse, to prepare it for sale or lease, and we were very pleased with the finished product. He provided a detailed proposal up front and we made selections and adjustments as the project progressed. Before painting he scraped the ceiling, and in progressive stages painted walls, ceiling, doors, baseboards, closets and cabinets inside and out, installed new laminate flooring and contemporary light fixtures throughout, installed knobs on kitchen cabinets, new hinges, doorknobs, switches, outlets, thermostat, smoke/CO detectors, faucets, valves, sink strainers, garbage disposal, microwave, door locks & deadbolts, repaired shutters, and more.
