M&M was reasonably priced and the only roofer that took digital pictures to show me the damage on my VERY steep two story house. M&M also refuted the need for repairs that other roofers identified with a detailed explanation and options. M&M took pictures of the repairs for our review so we could compare the before and after. "I found Mr. Ramiro by chance, he was working on a house a street down while I was walking my dog. We were selling our house and I anticipated needing roof repairs so I took a quick pic of his work van for future (possible) reference. I called him a week later when we needed roof repairs done and time was of the essence, as it often is when selling a house and having to meet deadlines.
