They are respectful of one's property and try their best to keep everything as clean as possible while they work and then clean up afterwards. Daniel was very concerned about helping get the floor that I wanted and then did extra repair to make sure that no one would know that a replacement of the flooring had been made. The work was done very quickly and they were careful of following the rules of my condo association. I highly recommend DAC."

"Alex and the team were absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire project. Our project was rather large it that it included 1.) weaving in new hardwood flooring into an existing hardwood floor in two places 2.) sanding the entire lower level 3.) sanding the stairs and 4.) sanding our upstairs hallway. We also replaced our stair newel posts and balusters, where Alex and his crew prepared the area and coordinated well with the separate master carpenter crew that performed the stair installation. Alex and his crew were also fantastic working through our stain preferences including stain type (DuraSeal) stain color, sealer (Bona Intense) and clear coat (Bona Traffic HD). The house literally looks brand new and we could not be more pleased. We interviewed 4 different contractors and chose KALS given we were able to actually inspect some previous work they had completed and were appropriately priced for the fantastic work they performed."

Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced.
