"I am thrilled I hired Joe. I had a 1970s bathroom that leaked. I never remodeled a bathroom and did not know how to plan it. He worked with me every step of the way to design the new bathroom. The shower was small but there was space behind the wall to expand it. We discussed the pros & cons of expanding it. Joe is very cost conscious. He made sure I got the best price for tile & floor. He even went with me to the tile store and negotiated the price down. He is a perfectionist and the tilework is beautiful. He takes pride in his work and pays attention to all the little details that made the bathroom look like it belongs in a mansion. I have now hired him to remodel the other bathroom & laundry room."

"I hired DCS to renovate a house for my mother. They had to re-frame walls, move doorways, gut reno 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. They finished the drywall, installed the new tile and cabinets, replaced flooring, and installed a new tile fireplace surround and built a custom wood mantle. Great carpenters. Dick Strine, the principal, is so knowledgeable and thorough. If he can figure out where a problem is coming from in your house, no one can. Great customer service. They have also worked for my in-laws, including building one very large house and renovating another."
