Doing shoddy or sloppy work just is not in his DNA. He takes great pride in his work. He reminds me of my father who would come up against a tricky problem and I would watch him mull over the issue until he came up with the perfect solution not just an easy fix or a â get byâ . This is Elmer! Elmer built a small art studio he did for us, including foundaion work. About 3 years after he finished the studio, he came back and added the porch for us. I didnâ t want a lot of trim added to cover where the posts meet the overhead beam. He did timber framing using some really beautiful custom joinery to keep the lines very clean and the structure really solid. No nails, no metal brackets. And besides all the above, heâ s a really nice man. Honest, dependable and easy to work with!"

"I had 2 bathrooms with water damage which needed remodeling. Michael, the owner of D S Builders, was very easy to work with. From the start, he was helpful in directing me to the places I would need to obtain the necessary supplies, i.e. tile, fixtures, lights, toilets, bathtub, ect. His paperwork was organized and specific to the time the work would take, when payments were due and the order the work would be done. He is prompt, polite and very detail oriented and he managed his sub-contractors without issue. The job site was always cleaned up at the end of everyday. He was always ready to discuss the progress, problems or alternate ways to complete the work. He is a very good communicator; and he made sure we were always on the same page. Furthermore, the quality of the work performed was outstanding! I could not have wished for a more perfect outcome! I love both my new bathrooms, and I would hire this company again in a minuet to compete any other projects."

"Carlos Ortiz is honest, dependable, and hard working.He listened to what I wanted ,and with his wonderful crew, gave me exactly that. They removed a full wall of mirrored siding doors and the old tracks. Carlos replaced them with lighter weight doors in a style I chose. He painted them the exact color of my walls and installed depressed pulls of my choosing. He hung them from an overhead track with guides at the bottom. He topped the doors and sides with beautiful molding. They vacuumed after each visit leaving the room spotless. Carlos is so friendly and east to work with. He stayed within my budget.
