"I highly recommend this company. While we did not initially hire them for the job, I'm sorry I did not. At first we had Cameron come out for a quote on a water heater. We then asked him to come out for a quote on a pressure regulator. Though he tried to do it right then, we had a water main valve that was having issues and we had to have the city come out to replace. After that, Cameron came back out and installed a beautiful sculpture of brass and copper, and of course the valve. Cheerful the whole time, he was a pleasure to chat with. A week later we were having water issues at our dishwasher and low pressure in the house. Not 30 minutes later, Saul came out and troubleshot and replaced the regulator, *and* took a few minutes to look at the dishwasher as well. Way beyond expectations! Amazing. Both of these servicemen and those at their company whom I chatted with on the phone (Tristam and Edan) showed what the epitome of customer service is. I can't give them 6 stars, as much as I try. "Anthony Fankhauser (Owner) is an exceedingly polite individual who provided detailed information on work to be accomplished. Unfortunately, the day my septic tank was being pumped coincided with a number of issues Anthony was experiencing on another job. For that reason, my task was delayed until after 6:00 PM. When Anthony arrived late in the evening to complete the work, he performed camera inspections and explained some minor issues. There was no indication of irritation or frustration due to the issues related to his other task. This was refreshing since I sincerely expected him to vent regarding problems experienced with his other work. I seriously recommend using Anthonyâ s services if you have plumbing issues."
