"We came to Horizon with a home that was in poor shape and needed not only remodeling, but also major infrastructure repair and updates, such as piping, wiring, A/C and heating, etc. Horizon was proactive in advising us on design, selection and quality of materials, forthcoming with responses to our questions and concerns.
