"I had received a outraguous water bill, and found out a pipe must be leaking. I looked at list of referrals. Before I could make the call Derrick was calling me to see how he could help. I explained situation, he said they could be out by Monday. I said is it possible to come today? He called his office and got approval to come out and was here in half an hour!
