"On a scale of 1 - 5, we would rank James and his team a 10+! I had tried Home Advisor 5 times in the past for a variety of searches and had received no responses at all. I tried this time for a tile expert and James responded in less than 5 minutes! And the customer service did not stop there. His response to our "mess" from a previous tiler was phenomenal.
