"Great experience from the initial phone conversation, meeting of the new owner in person (Anibi), to physical service by technician (Aaron). Great communication via text (Katie) and email about appointment and arrival time. Excellent customer service with personal desire to know the customer and meet the needs. My carpeting smells, looks, and feels fresh. The dirt has been removed from traffic path! Aaron even left me a couple of air fresheners for my vehicles. Joining the Captain's Club is a great savings and a way to keep your carpet and tile looking great year round. I will definitely refer Shipman Cleaning to other home owners!"
