"I would highly recommend Dynamic Pro Painter to anyone looking to have painting done. They took time to understand what we were looking for and worked with our schedule as we were having other jobs done on the house. They kept us informed daily about the work accomplished and made sure everything came out how we expected. Job came out great and we are very satisfied."

"Great work. Bart and his crew built me a Wood Car Port. I mean a real heavy duty one with walls. I was looking at aluminum ones but this one is way better. Great work on time and very clean. I would highly recommend."

"We gutted our house and he came in to do the rebuild, his craftsman ship was excellent, he did the work in a timely manner. He did the bathroom, master suite, living room, kitchen and changed a window and sliding doors to French doors, did all of the tile flooring through the entire house and even built a patio for us. Really did beautiful work, inside and out."

"Marco is amazing! He helped me finish painting the high parts of my walls and even volunteered to touch up some of the painting I did myself at no extra cost! He's friendly, reliable and honest. I'll definitely be hiring him in the future when I decide to tackle the rest of my house!"

Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
San Marcos Addition & Remodeling Contractors are rated 4.8 out of 5 based on 312 reviews of 312 pros.
