"Honesty, integrity and professionalism. That’s hard to find these days with a contractor. Steve was quick responding to my inquiry, spent time analyzing the problem at no cost before creating a detailed estimate. Explained my options based on his knowledge and experience with tankless systems. Excellent execution of the work in my home. I would definitely hire Steve again."

"I am very pleased with the job Rudy and his associates have done. Rudy answered my phone call right away and that was quite impressive. He came to look at the heater next morning and carefully diagnosed the problem. He was concerned that I did not have heat in the house. Rudy and his associates started working right away and changed the heater. The heater was on in a few hours. I was relieved. Rudy was reasonable too. I would highly recommend him. Job well done!! "I hired Franco to help me assess moving my Gas and Water Meter as city of Palo Alto said there is a potential hazard. What the City of PA wanted is to create a hole in the outer wall and ask a plumber to extend the pipe to outside so that they (City) can move the Gas and Water meter unit to outside (to be safe with Gas Leakage) and build 3 poles around it so cars in the driveway do not hit it. It would have made the whole house look ugly with this idea. Franco came, assessed the situation and within minutes made suggestions that would obviate the need to move the meter outside. I did exactly as Franco said and it passed the inspection without much cost and an ugly looking structure hanging outside near the driveway. Frnaco is bright, smart, selfless and sincere. He did not care about his cost but wanted to make sure we are taken care off. This is a very high value thoughtfulness to a customer"
