Franco's Magical Plumbing and Rooter

I hired Franco to help me assess moving my Gas and Water Meter as city of Palo Alto said there is a potential hazard. What the City of PA wanted is to create a hole in the outer wall and ask a plumber to extend the pipe to outside so that they (City) can move the Gas and Water meter unit to outside (to be safe with Gas Leakage) and build 3 poles around it so cars in the driveway do not hit it. It would have made the whole house look ugly with this idea. Franco came, assessed the situation and within minutes made suggestions that would obviate the need to move the meter outside. I did exactly as Franco said and it passed the inspection without much cost and an ugly looking structure hanging outside near the driveway. Frnaco is bright, smart, selfless and sincere. He did not care about his cost but wanted to make sure we are taken care off. This is a very high value thoughtfulness to a customer

Franco did a wonderful job taking care of an issue with a broken corroded pipe. He was courteous, on time, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. He was also willing to try to fix something that was understandably going to be difficult and might not be fixable and using his skills and knowledge, able to fix it (helping our house have water again). Really appreciate his help and no doubt would call him again if I ever had any plumbing needs.

I had a water leak in my front yard, it was time to replace the galvanized water main to a copper pipe, had many estimates but Francoâ s estimate was almost half of what other companies offered, highly recommended.

I had a clogged sewer line and I called Francoâ  s Magical plumbing, Franco came over , he is a pro, has a lot of knowledge, also he camera inspected the sewer, also his really fair with the prices . I really recommend him
