"Doug called me within 15 minutes of my request on Home Advisor. I met with him that day and we developed the plan for my yard. He was thorough, thoughtful, and worked with me to stay within my budget. Even though the job was small, the attention to detail was fantastic, and the end result was exactly what my wife and I wanted. I will be hiring Doug again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right the first time!"

Jim was very attentive to the engineers specs and did everything to insure inspections would be passed. He was great at communicating with me about the work details and scheduling. He always showed up when he said he would and got the job done quickly."

Landscaping, Pool and landscaping, Pool and spa
"Jay at Greenland was one of few pool contractors who could design and build pool/spa but also have vision to incorporate entire site plan, extra components like bar/BBQ/outdoor spaces, and all landscaping. Most day to day work done by his own employees so not a lot of subcontractors to deal with. All workers are courteous, clean, and respectful and put in full dayà ¢à  à  s work. Overall Jayà ¢à  à  s eye for design and quality set him apart. His experience also is so valuable - there is not an aspect of a job that he doesnà ¢à  à  t have expertise of and knows where to send you to find each component. We love our new house!"
