"I typically do not write reviews, but my experience with Paint It Right (P-I-R) was so remarkable that I had to leave some positive comments. I hired P-I-R to drywall repair and repaint a dented and damaged staircase wall. First, I interacted with Higor who was cordial and extremely communicative in coordinating and scheduling project. The owner of P-I-R, Zach Fry, also had hand-on involvement in organizing finer details of job, including project manager assignment. My best remarks are reserved for Ken, the project manager. Ken was exemplary and professional in completing my drywall repair and repaint. His attention to detail was amazing; Ken treats each project as if he were working on his own home. Interested in learning, I asked Ken if I could watch the repair and repaint. Not only could I observe, but Ken also took the time to teach me every step of the way. "Our garage door was broken with the minivan stuck inside one rainy cold November night. I had to get the kids to school in the morning! The guy from Town & Country showed up exactly when they promised (8:30PM) and was polite, friendly and efficient. The door was fixed within 20 minutes! What a lifesaver! "Two large ceiling collapses from upstairs water leaks, in kitchen and bathroom. Demos part myself. Recommend removing everything and discuss shelves and fixtures in the room or there might be a light coating of dust despite DCS coverings and vacuum cleanup efforts. Honestâ if they quote, they keep to word. I signed contract with a different company before DCS but when they arrived they told me it would be 50% moreâ luckily they refunded my deposit. I gave extensive photos but Ask other companies if they will stand behind their quoteâ they may need to visit. Father/son veterans company. Although they subcontracted part of the work, the work was well done. Thank you!"
