"Steve at SBCI was great to work with on our basement remodel! He was very responsive to questions, the project was completed on time and he worked with quality subcontractors. He partners with companies that allowed us to stay within the budget allowance for tile/carpet and bathroom fixtures. The basement was cleaned up every night after work finished for the day. "Pete does excellent work. I interviewed 5 people for the job. He is the only one who noticed the crooked beam in our basement. He built accordingly and the beam and pillars look amazing. He built all the walls, extension jambs on windows and patio door, installed bypass closet doors in the bedroom, and did all the base trim and casing. He installed the bathroom vanity. He is a great communicator and just an all around nice guy to work with. He is professional and knows what he is doing. He works for excellence and our basement looks amazing. He also did the firestopping which is required by code."
