"Our windows and doors were well over 25 years old, leaking and in really bad shape. To be honest we were completely overwhelmed to learn the cost once we started getting quotes for 26 windows and 2 doors. Companies were all over the place price, quality reviews, sales pitches etc.. We scheduled a meeting to get a quote with Dave the owner of All Florida Exteriors and by the end chose him over the others. The price, quality of product, warranty and his straight forwardness sold us. Due to noise issue we were interested and chose impact windows for our project. We signed the contract right there and nervously awaited for the work to start (I say nervously because this was a huge investment for us). Measurements were taken by him and then double checked by his installers prior to ordering (whoever you chose make sure they do this. Some companies we interviewed just went by the sales person measurements, you can read the horror stories on some other reviews). Then the COVID madness hit and through out it all Dave was on top of it. Calling me when suppliers temporarily shut down, and giving me all the info he was getting. Once the windows arrived the installation began (2 windows were sent back to the manufacturer as they did not pass Dave's quality control). These guys knew their stuff, were professional and cleaned up everyday. Measurements were on point for all 26 windows and 2 doors. The doors took longest because the glass company was the last to reopen, but that too went without a glitch. Inspection passed without issue. Sorry for the long review, but these jobs are never cheap to everyday folks, and details matter at least to me. I would not hesitate to go with All Florida Exterior Inc in the future. Even with this current new norm everything was well above my picky expectations. Quality stuff."
