Amazing job, finished in one week on a 7400 square foot basement, consisting of multiple â add onâ foundations. We purchased this home with a dingy, unfinished basement, that was a mess. Under Jackâ s expertise, this crew went above and beyond, examining issues that were outside their projectâ for structure, safety and aesthetic issues. Perfectly neat and clean, â their work and the transformation that resulted, were simply unbelievable! Jack is a caring and concerned contractor, that made sure everything was beyond perfect, added extras and did a report of all items that needed looking into by other professionals, ie, boilers, water heater , oil and gas tanks, plumbing issues, even electric. He is knowledgeable in basically every area of construction and subcontractor issues. I cannot tell you how thrilled we are! ( He even found a fault in an original wall of an old foundation, and had it reinforced, grinders down and properly sealed.. at least 3 different coats of hydrolic cement and seals plus waterproof painting)!
