James was extremely detailed, he adjust the garage opener, it sounds better with less noise. He explained what he was doing and even gave me a quick tutorial on garage doors. "What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."
