"Several Weeks ago, we purchased a New home (well, 20 years old) and knew exactly what we wanted to re-model during the bidding process. We knew we needed to replace the flooring in the entire home with new Tile and re-do two bathroom showers - expand and add new tile. We called several companies to price out the job, both big name companies which I care not mention here for fear of retaliation however both are well known. While thinking about those quotes, we knew we needed to paint the house as well so we contacted Ribbon Painting and Services for a quote for that and during our conversation with them, they said, by the way, Services means we also do Flooring Tile work and bathrooms! We were blindsided by that so we asked for quote. Low and behold, their quote was thousands of dollars cheaper to do the entire job! In 1 case, their quote was more than 10K cheaper! Grant it, they were a little unconventional as we needed to shop for our materials but that gave us the flexibility to find exactly what we wanted and have it delivered to our home. The finished product on both the floor and the bathrooms was great! After inspection, they came back to touch up the little things we found with no hesitation as well. Alex was so easy to work with and so accommodating. Nefti, the lead contractor who came to do the job was very professional. "I had carpet installed first and decided to go with empire. I was nervous about all the mixed reviews but my experience was great. I was in a crunch to get all the carpet replaced before my furniture was set to be delivered, I had 7 days to get it done. I scheduled the initial appt on a Saturday which was easy, the rep told me what to expect when the agent came out. The actual agent was very friendly and had all the samples and padding with him. I was kind of shocked how simple it was to pick out everything. The prices were reasonable and my install was set up 4 days later. I got status/progress calls from everyone involved and my 2 installers were great. There were a few nails left around the edges by my sliding glass door but overall I love my carpet. The color and the quality. I’ll return for my tile install next."
