They may not show up on time always but that means they are busy helping someone else in an emergency and I trust they will do the same for me someday when needed. "I had carpet installed first and decided to go with empire. I was nervous about all the mixed reviews but my experience was great. I was in a crunch to get all the carpet replaced before my furniture was set to be delivered, I had 7 days to get it done. I scheduled the initial appt on a Saturday which was easy, the rep told me what to expect when the agent came out. The actual agent was very friendly and had all the samples and padding with him. I was kind of shocked how simple it was to pick out everything. The prices were reasonable and my install was set up 4 days later. I got status/progress calls from everyone involved and my 2 installers were great. There were a few nails left around the edges by my sliding glass door but overall I love my carpet. The color and the quality. I’ll return for my tile install next."

"I hired this company in November to do a small drywall ceiling repair. They did such a great job I decided to get an estimate for complete removal of 20 year old tile in my laundry room, kitchen, dining room, living room, hall, hall closet, bathroom and bedroom. They also demoed a half wall separating my dining room and living room and a wall in my bedroom closet. They installed new tile, repaired drywall and replaced baseboards throughout the whole house, about 700 sq feet total. They also referred me to a great refinishing guy to do my other bedroom floor. He will answer your call anytime day or night. He is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. I will refer him to anyone I know that needs work done.
