JR and Christian came out, conducted a thorough inspection, told me exactly what I was dealing with and what needed to be done. Afterwards they showed me pictures of all the work that was done in the crawl space and needless to say I was extremely pleased. And to put the icing on the cake, they threw in a free duct cleaning so I can get my air back on and breathe safely again.
