They did a top quality job and created a dry river rock along along our fence line which really helped with an erosion and drainage issue we were having. After a heavy rain storm a couple issued arose and Tony came and fixed it, no questions asked. Tony and his team then installed a large concrete patio and redwood pergola. "El Vive Concrete was great! They were on it before I even finished the Angi process, called me to come out and look at the job, came by exactly when they said they would. Which is surprisingly rare these days. Gave a quote with a very good price, and yes I did check online. Had the old driveway removed in less than one day, vanished! 1000 sq ft of. 6” concrete gone in less than a day. Maybe 4 workers with 1 supervisor, broke up the old concrete and loaded into a bobcat / skidster, which loaded into a truck, then gone! Poured the new driveway, also in less than a day. It took a couple weeks for the new concrete to cure because of low ambient temperature. When they came to collect, I expressed concern that some of the lines were imperfect and the sealant which was poured over the top gathered in places and did not look good. I don’t like confrontation and fortunately there was none, they came back one more day and cleaned up the lines with a grinder and even resealed the lines, and cleaned up the edges of the seal chemical and now it looks fantastic. Paid originally quoted price and I am quite pleased with the outcome and the very professional work and interaction with el Vive concrete!"

"I hired Perez Landscaping to build a 2 foot retaining wall in my front yard. Mr. Perez (Ramiro) was courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He and Arturo did an excellent job! Ramiro is honest, dependable and very easy to work with. The job took 2 days to complete. After the first day, everything was swept, cleaned up and organized. It didn't look like a construction zone which was appreciated. I have an average little house, but Ramiro treated it as a multi-million dollar home! "I needed a crumbling rock retaining wall replaced with a new keystone block retaining wall. The project was 220 linear feet long by 2 ft high. This was a big project. MagicScape came in with an estimate that was a good $1000 less than my other contractor estimates. From the day the contract was signed until final work approval was only 3 days. The crew was very professional, courteous, and efficient. They went above and beyond my expectations. Once they did the project cleanup, it was as if they were never there except for the new wall in place. "In 2018 I hired this company to add on a paver patio and walkway to existing cement. What a GREAT job they did! The owner, Jose , is professional, courteous and listened to what I wanted and made some good suggestions. The crew that did the work showed up on time each day, worked hard and were also very nice and friendly. Recently, I needed a drip line repair that was under a corner of the pavers. A really small but important job. At a very busy time of year, Jose had one of his guys out here within 5 days and it was fixed and pavers replaced expertly. Next year I intend to add another small paver patio and will once again call on Affordable Pavers to do the job!"

They completed the work in two afternoons. I was really impressed that they dug out the area needing concreted as part of the quote.
