"Best contractor I have ever dealt with on a personal home project. Fast, courteous, honest, polite and informative. Kelly and his crew did exactly what they said they were going to do for the price they quoted me. I have a 2700 square foot basement that they completely framed for me. I offered them to my house, but they came and went every time through a basement window. They were always on time and always responded to my calls and texts. I will definitely rehire Kelly and his crew again if needed."

"When no one else would take on our extensive project, Aim construction rose the the occasion. The project consisted of refiguring rooms, all new electrical, all new plumbing, insulating exterior walls, and a new support beam in the basement. We are thrilled with the results and canâ t believe we waited as long as we did to get it done."

Kitchens, Bathrooms, Gargages and Custom Homes, Remodeling and all types of residential renovation.
"This project started as a kitchen remodel but as we thought about it we expanded the project scope to a complete redo of the main floor of the home. That was the complete kitchen, updated lighting, engineered hardwood floors and paint throughout, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, new fireplace with tiled accent wall, removed a jetted tub and replaced it with a spacious shower. Mike was great to work with us as we evolved our plan. He had lots of ideas and suggestions and was easy to work with. Mike coordinated good subcontractors and his associate Ryan was great at problem solving and a fine craftsman. Mike did well managing costs of an expanding project and gave a full cost accounting when the project was finished. Highly recommend."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
