JR suggested to not stain the floors but rather to let the natural beauty of the grains and colors come to life with his refinishing technique, He had sample photos to share so we could visually see his recommendation. JR answers your calls, answers your questions, keeps you updated and is all about satisfying his customers. He is very flexible with scheduling. We just left the house for a few days and he could come and go at his leisure which worked well for both parties; He was our first interview and after a friendly, yet professional conversation, we know he was our guy for the job and hired him on the spot. "I originally hired Vega interiors to install backsplash tile in our kitchen and level out a patio room for tiling, but when I learned they also do carpet install I added this to the list. We were preparing to put our house on the market and needed work done within a few weeks of calling. There are three things that really made an outstanding experience for us: 1. The quality of work on both the carpet install and the tile install were excellent. Better than anything I have seen in my past experience updating houses. I really wish I had found Vega back when we originally bought the house. 2. Paul recommended a few stores to find tile and carpeting where he gets wholesale pricing. Because of this we were able to find better quality materials at much better pricing than what is available at Home depot, Lowes or carpet liquidators 3. "My hardwood floors where so bad that I didn't think where going to be salvageable. I wasn't expecting any miracles, but he preformed one. I had water damage from a leaky ice maker, the place where my mastiff's water bowl set for ten years, there where scratches, gaps between the boards, I had one room that the floor was covered with linoleum that I had just removed the day before, there was a obvious difference in colors and a line where the threshold was. James made everything go away. I had just got divorced and my ex wife took all of the furniture. I was going to Fiji the day after he stopped by to give me a estimate. I wanted to have the floors finished before I got home, so that I could refurnish my house. I got home last night and the floors are beautiful. I'm going to hire him again to refinish my stairs, my mastiff clawed them up really bad. Ex wife took the dog too. It was nice dealing with the owner of the company that was doing the work, he has skill, talent and takes pride in doing a good job. I keep looking for a place to add before and after pictures, but I don't see that option."
