When we went through the items he let me know I was missing a part. It ended up being a specialty part that the major home improvements stores did not carry in stock. He called around to plumbing supply stores, found the part and then went and picked it up for me since I was home alone. He went the extra mile to make the job work. Great experience overall with this company and I would highly recommend him."
