"Elie called the day before to say when he would arrive and to thank me for the business. He then called the morning of to say he was on his way coming through traffic. Hard to come by business that do this. He does need to accommodate time for traffic in the future so not to be late."

"Lance and his assistant were a pleasure to do business with. When he got to the house and scoped out the job, he provided recommendations for what needed to be done and why. When we went through the items he let me know I was missing a part. It ended up being a specialty part that the major home improvements stores did not carry in stock. He called around to plumbing supply stores, found the part and then went and picked it up for me since I was home alone. He went the extra mile to make the job work. Great experience overall with this company and I would highly recommend him."
