"I was very happy with my experience from beginning to end with Top Rail Fence. Frank was great to work with and communicated everything clearly. He made the whole process smooth and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Putting up fencing in the winter only gave us one setback with bad weather for the install date but he was able to get everything moved quickly back just a few days. Installation went smoothly and I am so happy with the finished product. I highly recommend them!"
