"James was professional and understood my many issues. He was removing severe grout haze. While he was working on my patio tile, he noticed the the previous tile person was sloppy. He left bumps and smears of the grout stuck on many, many tiles. One section that other tile person did not even use grout! He used other material and it was already cracking. James showed and talked to me about every issue. James is reasonable with his cost and was concerned for the state of my tile from a poor tile idiot who ripped me off and did not complete the job.
