Had some latent issues with floor install. Overall satisfied until that happened, resulting in a plumbing leak. Contacted contractor a couple times and he did not get back to me. Posted a review here detailing the work and the issue. Contractor contacted me right away to reimburse me. So overall ok, but it took writing a review to get the issue rectified.

Ordoñez Construction is great company to do business with. The owner/operator is Carlos Ordoñez. He was informative, provided options/ideas, and reasonably priced. The work was done quickly, professionally, and as was agreed upon.

Carlos installed a 4509 foor deer and snake fence, cleared my backyard of cactus and rocks, built a stairway to my arroyo and built a beautiful pergola for our garden. They were pretty much a disaster. The crew, who were left alone without supervision, were lazy and sloppy. Example, they left their trash everywhere. The paint on one wall of the shed was very thin and the previous color was showing through, when I said it had to be repainted the kid said he ran out of paint. So instead of getting more he just left it that way. Carlos bought a new door but it opened the wrong way and when I said that was wrong he was unhappy because he had already bought it and would have to buy another one. They just painted around things instead of moving them. Carlos was very friendly but he and his crew were not professional. I would never use them again or recommend them.

Carlos was very responsive, friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. Him and his guys knew what they were doing and we were very professional throughout the project. The fence looks amazing and we highly recommend him.

Carlos and Fabian are easy to work with and ready to satisfy their customers with any necessary detail. They were able to start work quickly and on time, keep up with any extra requests during the job, and they cleaned up well. They installed a new super sturdy backyard fence for us after our old one had a section blow over during monsoon season. It has brought new life to our backyard and motivated us to do some new landscaping and gardening. Would definitely recommend working with Ordonez construction.

Carlos oversaw the entire project from start to finish. He and his crew were very professional and easy to work with. Our ceramic floors came out better than expected!
