Adam and all the crew were easy to work with, no pressured sales by all means. You have to become aware some companies will switch out a very important part of your roofing system, the underlayment, but not this honest company. I was given a few houses to drive by of roofs they installed to check out colors in person which was extremely helpful for making my choice. I looked at videos on YouTube about Owens Corning roof vents, instillation, and warranties. Later I called Owens Corning to ask questions about their warranties and transfers...which I am pleased to say I was able to talk directly to someone there. Precision pulled a permit even though it is not needed in my county (imagine that!). They were very adaptable to your schedule/timing and friendly all around. Any questions were answered. I highly recommend this company for any of your needs especially knowing the difficulty of my roof line with multiple additions on a over century house. Let's just say the people who have been driving by my remote small town talking folk have slowed down just to take a look at the incredible change the new roof made to this old house.
