Theyve continued to help us problem solve the electrical connection and even agreed to come back to assist us with changing the power cord and dryer vent routing! "The plumber was awesome. Was there in less than 2 hours and fixed the leak in 30 minutes. Made kind of a mess cutting a hole in the ceiling, but got out my sweeper and cleaned everything like he had never been there (minus the hole). They also have a division of the company called Right Restoration which brought in fans and a dehumidifier to dry everything out. The work was fine, but the customer service was sub-standard. The equipment ran for 3 days. They ignored my request on when to come to check on it. I could not schedule someone to fix the ceiling until they billed because without their charge, I did not meet the insurance deductible. They said they would handle the billing with the insurance company; I gave them a week then I had to call 3 times to make sure they got the bill to them; it took 10 days and they would not call me back. They were supposed to send me a copy of the bill. Still waiting after 3rd request."
