Eric got here on time and I explained the problem. We took a look at my kitchen sink and the drain pipe in the basement. He started with a snake in the kitchen, then continued with the basement cleanout plug. It didn't take that long and we had some great conversation while I watched the progress. He got everything cleaned out and working and then cleaned up the mess. A good job done well,. Thank you Eric.

Eric called before our scheduled time to say he was finishing another project and he would arrive in 30 minutes. He was on time, looked at the clogged drain and provided options. He was able to clear the drain with a snake and finished the job in about an hour, which avoided the more expensive option to dig up and replace the drain pipe. He did a great job! I would DrainCo LLC to anyone.
